5 habits of a healthy family

Everybody wants to be healthy. There are some easy rules, which will help you to make your health stronger.

1) Balance and harmony in food
Weight fluctuations are dangerous for health. For avoiding them don’t starve yourself and don’t overdo with harmful food! Just always have at home fruit, dried fruit or nuts - products which can be consumed as a healthy snack; moreover, you have to give up your favorite chips or french fries

2) A clear schedule
Teach your family to have lunch and dinner always at the same time.
Get some food traditions, for example, in the morning you always eat oatmeal or a spoonful of flax seed, for lunch - soup or cream soup. This way you’ll train the body to a certain schedule, and it would be beneficial for health.

3) Emotional rest
Mental health is no less important than the physical. Give your family an opportunity to relax with thoughts and with a body. Dad, for example, can go fishing, or play the guitar, or meet up with friends to play chess. Mom can paint, knit, meet with friends, or to devote this time to personal pleasure and visit Hair Salon Midtown East NYC. Children can walk the dog, play board games, read, or play computer games. Of course, only under the wise supervision of their parents.
It's great if the family can find a common hobby and spend time together. Common doings will make your family strong and happy.

4) 20 minutes a day devoted to the sport!
20 minutes - it's a little time, so you can safely pay it to play with the children volleyball, or do morning exercises together. These 20 minutes will improve your cardiovascular and nervous systems and also will satiate the body with oxygen.

5) Medical examination - mandatory
Disease prevention - the best way to avoid it. Don’t think visits to the doctors and the annual medical examination are just the unnecessary waste of time. Every year it is necessary to do chest X-rays, to pass a general analysis of blood and urine tests, and make an electrocardiogram. You should also visit the dentist and a neurologist.

Remember, health is the biggest part of happiness!
